Ada Core is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to assist us in maintaining and demonstrating an effective information security hygiene. Our customers’ need to reinforce digital trust in the supply chain, and to be compliant with various cyber security or privacy requirements such as DFARS, CMMC, or GDPR, increases our need to demonstrate effective information security hygiene.

We are looking to hire a US person with cyber security experience to join a team of three cyber security engineers based in the US and France.

• Answer customer security questionnaires.
• Contribute to the review and update of security policies.
• Perform risk assessments in collaboration with IT teams.
• Assist with the analysis of security alerts and events.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend security improvements to prevent future incidents.
• Work with the network and systems team to implement security controls.

• 2–5 years experience in information system security.
• Strong general knowledge of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, firewall.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows systems.
• Comfortable in a fast‑changing environment and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills; willingness to share, discuss, and improve.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teammates.
• Knowledge of cloud identity management (e.g., AWS IAM) is a plus.
• Knowledge of intrusion detection systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
