We seek an experienced engineering leader to shape the technical vision of the world’s first AI‑driven cancer monitoring platform and build a high‑performing team that delivers clinically reliable, data‑rich solutions to patients worldwide.

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap, establishing best practices for AI‑powered, data‑rich, clinically reliable systems.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization across AI/ML, backend, frontend, Dev Ops, and data infrastructure to support rapid growth.
• Partner with Clinical and AI Research teams to ensure the delivery of secure, compliant, and production‑grade features integrated into clinical workflows.

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior technical leadership roles (VP or CTO level) scaling complex teams.
• Deep expertise in modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), data pipelines, and the deployment of regulated or clinically validated healthtech products.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence with the speed and agility required in a high‑growth startup environment.

• Competitive salary range:
  Boston or New York $225,000–$275,000, with potential for adjustments based on experience.
