• Client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong Agile delivery expertise to manage complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives involving Billing, Transaction Processing, and Data platforms.
• The role requires managing multiple parallel engagements, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery across cross‑functional teams within a regulated banking environment.

• 12–15 years of overall IT experience, with significant exposure as Project Manager / Program Manager.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Agile / Scrum / SAFe frameworks.
• Proven experience managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Billing systems, Transaction processing (TRX) platforms, Data platforms/reporting/integrations.
• Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services domain.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership interaction.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery metrics, and governance models.
• Experience working in large enterprise or global banking environments.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, dependencies, and high‑pressure delivery timelines.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and coordination skills.
