We are looking for a Product Manager to work on our Facebook Messenger product area, bringing Business AI to millions of businesses. This is an opportunity to make AI simple, accessible, and valuable for businesses using Messenger. In this high-impact position, you'll make a real difference by streamlining how businesses discover, understand, and achieve results with our Business AI solutions.

Skills and Responsibilities
Product Manager, Business AI Responsibilities:
Improve adoption and retention of Business AI experiences on Facebook MessengerUnderstand Meta’s strategic positioning and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and drive value for the 200M businesses that rely on Meta each dayIncorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmapsDrive product development with teams of Industry-leading engineers and designers, while maintaining team healthWork closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, GTM etc.), and guide the team through key milestonesIntegrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfactionDefine and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metricsMinimum Qualifications
8 + years product management or related industry experience with domain-specific experience leading AI messaging productsBachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)Can navigate ambiguity of 0 to 1 and manage the time-critical demands of a high-priority workstreamExperience using AI to build software products and building AI and agents in productionCustomer-centric product and design intuitionCan navigate through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch executionCritical thinking/analytical leadership experiencePreferred Qualifications
Experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) customer-focused development a plusExperience with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), search, or machine learningExperience building for Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise customersPublic Compensation
$173,000/year to $241,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
