Overview

VP - Operations Transformation (Data & Generative AI) – New York, NY. Duration: 04 - 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion).

• Define and lead the Generative AI innovation roadmap across Data & Regulatory Operations
• Identify high-impact AI use cases including intelligent automation, workflow optimization, content generation, and advanced analytics
• Partner with business, technology, and compliance leaders to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready AI solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams through rapid experimentation, pilot programs, and enterprise rollout
• Translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled solutions with measurable value and ROI
• Drive adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure innovation is delivered within strong risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks

• 10+ years of experience leading complex initiatives across operations, data, or technology
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-driven or automation-led transformation in an enterprise environment
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Proven track record in process innovation, design thinking, and scalable solution delivery
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

• Strong stakeholder management skills and executive-level communication abilities.
• Expertise in data strategy, automation, and process optimization within a regulatory or financial operations environment.

• Base pay range $90.00/hr - $97.00/hr
