Position SummaryWe are seeking a Data Science Analyst to join the Consumer Engagement Analytics team, supporting data‑driven messaging strategies across our communication portfolio—including emerging channels like RCS. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on experience in analytics and cross‑functional collaboration to drive personalized messaging strategies.
What You Will Do Technical & Analytical- Perform basic analyses of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, support campaign performance, and generate actionable learnings.
- Use SQL and Python/R to extract, clean, and process data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and member engagement in real time.
- Assist with A/B testing for Messaging features to evaluate impact and inform product decisions.
- Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to understand business questions and support analytics solutions.
- Document processes and share insights in a clear, concise format for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
- Support continuous improvement of messaging campaigns through data‑driven recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of a scalable analytics framework for messaging as a channel.
- 6 months’ experience (intern experience is relevant) in analytics or programming
- 6 months’ experience with SQL
- 6 months’ experience programming with Python
- Experience building supervised and unsupervised predictive models in Python (scikit‑learn, xgboost, keras)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to non‑technical audiences, including experience creating communication materials (e.g., memos, slide decks)
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
- Demonstrates problem‑solving skills and ability to suggest improvements under guidance.
- Healthcare sector experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline required

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$74,160.00 – $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
