At Candid Health, we’re searching for our first Analytics Lead to help us enhance efficiency, product scalability and operational decision making. You will perform critical analysis and implement data‑driven solutions that enable our engineering, product and leadership teams to deliver transformative software to healthcare providers.

• Perform critical data analysis for a broad range of stakeholders: build analytics and visualizations for varying use cases and inform business strategy.
• Enable self‑serve solutions to internal teams: deliver internal products that make our teams more efficient and self‑reliant through improved tooling and operational workflows.
• Build high‑value data products: create robust, scalable data models for Candid clients.
• Own BI platform implementation: maintain reporting and visualization platforms to keep data accurate, accessible, and available.

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or another data‑intensive field.
• 4+ years of experience working with data at scale, performing analysis, ETL, and process automation.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with common data warehouses such as Snowflake, Big Query, or Redshift.
• Strong understanding of SQL and complex data environments.
• Deep understanding of how different users leverage data and the ability to build the right insights and tools for them.
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys tackling complex tasks with significant business impact.
• Clear and concise communicator, able to explain complicated ideas simply, both in person and in writing.
• Experience or exposure to technologies in our ecosystem:
  Google Cloud Platform (Big Query), Metabase, Terraform, Python, DBT.

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $180,000. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job‑related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
