The Partner Integrations team connects Door Dash technology with the systems our merchants rely on. We support a mix of core products and new bets, building high-quality integrations that unlock growth, efficiency, and operational excellence for merchants  Door Dash expands the scale and breadth of integrated offerings, we are seeking talented individuals to join us and shape the future of our partner ecosystem.

This role sits on our New Bets pod, which is responsible for incubating and scaling new integration types within fast-growing areas of the business.

About the Role

Door Dash is looking for a Senior Specialist who will manage and optimize integrations with third party point-of-sale systems, online ordering providers, and aggregators used by our top restaurant partners. Externally, you’ll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations ernally, you’ll strategize with our cross-functional Door Dash teams to build & operate world class integrations. This will include technical project management, go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management.

You will report into a Manager on our Partner Integrations team. This team is a part of Door Dash’s Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.

  • Own the success of our Partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders
  • Identify, resolve, and escape day-to-day integration-related issues
  • Serve as the voice of Door Dash in managing external relationships with our partners, leading implementation and process improvement
  • Partner with product, engineering, and strategy & operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and develop strategies to build and scale our integration platform
  • You’ll help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience leading technology integrations / implementation with partners
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and, webhooks
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
