Our client is a leading organization in the music and performance rights industry, helping creators and artists manage and monetize their work. They provide innovative solutions and services that support the creative community worldwide. They are seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and QA to managing Agile backlogs, writing user stories in Jira, and supporting sprints and testing cycles.

Job Title: Business Analyst - Hybrid (Midtown NYC)

Pay rate: $60 - $66/hr. | W2 only

Duration: 6+ Month contract (Opportunity for extension / conversion)

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and QA/UAT.
• Lead solution design sessions and support testing cycles.
• Manage Agile backlogs, write user stories, and track progress using Jira.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop training materials to support user adoption.
• Utilizing EazyBI for reporting and dashboards;
  Salesforce experience is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and managing Agile backlogs.
  
  Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency with Jira; experience with EazyBI is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working w/ Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to commute to Midtown NYC 3x per week. (Required)
