What You’ll Do

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement JD Edwards (JDE) solutions that enhance financial workflows, accounting, reporting, and other finance-related operations.
• Provide functional support for JD Edwards Enterprise One financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting).
• Provide tier 1-2 support and administration for JD Edwards.
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with development staff and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are met; work with technical resources during solution development.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing; prepare training materials and conduct end-user training.
• Design and generate financial reports within JD Edwards to support management decisions and financial analysis.
• Analyze financial data to create custom reports, dashboards, and queries in JDE; ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Provide end-user training and support for JD Edwards finance users; document system processes, training guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for configuration changes, enhancements, and business processes.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and other business units to ensure seamless JDE integration across the organization.
• Maintain JD Edwards security and user profiles; assist users with complex production issues; support various interfaces to and from JD Edwards.
• Use analytical skills and system tools to identify root causes of data integrity issues.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• JD Edwards certification or specialized training in JDE finance modules is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One in a finance or IT business analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with JDE financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing JD Edwards solutions in a finance environment.
• Curiosity, learning mindset, self-awareness, and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience with Service Now for Incident Management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to package information clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Drive, and workflow tools; ability to multitask.
• Analytical and evaluative skills to solve problems and drive improvements.
