They are seeking a Director of Paid Search to lead all customer acquisition and revenue-generating digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and growth. Beyond Google Search, you’ll scale marketing efforts into other performance media channels. This role offers tremendous opportunity for growth, overseeing direct-to-consumer website marketing and building out a high-performing marketing team.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead the development, execution, and optimization of paid search strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to inform campaign strategies.
Oversee and analyze campaign budget management, ensuring optimal allocation of spend across platforms.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, goals, and overall marketing strategy.
Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Mentor and lead marketing associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Provide performance reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Strong understanding of paid search strategy, performance metrics, and conversion optimization. Experience with budget management and allocation across multiple channels.
Deep understanding of data, reporting, and performance analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
$140-150k annually (plus bonus!), based on experience.
