The team is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, resolve incidents, and ensure reliable system performance. The role will focus on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining IT infrastructure across varied environments.

Responsibilities- Providing day-to-day support for our growing New York office of 50 plus end-users, as well as remote support for our UK office
- Dealing with a wide range of issues from single desktop to complex back-ended infrastructure problems and projects
- Design and engineer technical scalable solutions and automations to optimize workflow problems
- Working with other members of the IT team to continuously improve the infrastructure
- Occasional travel to various sites across the United States and abroad
- Participation in a rota schedule where some out of hours and weekend work will be required
