Job Description:
The Director of Solution Management (Product Owner) will lead the strategic and tactical execution of product vision and business solution delivery across customer-facing and internal technology initiatives. This individual will manage a team of 4–5 Product Managers and Business Analysts responsible for translating business needs into executable roadmaps and requirements for the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts to define and deliver solutions aligned to the organization’s digital roadmap.
- Own and drive key company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology solutions, and cross-functional execution.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to document and translate business requirements.
- Research emerging technologies, including AI and digital platforms, to identify innovative product opportunities and enhancements.
- Provide hands‑on solution design guidance and ensure proposed features support strategic objectives.
- Serve as the product owner in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring dependencies and release schedules are well communicated.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and business expectations.
- Measure success of features and functionality through KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Travel as needed to meet with business stakeholders and attend major industry conferences, representing the company and staying abreast of innovation trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery roles, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing business analysts or product managers.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, Lending Platforms and consumer portals.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while managing details.
