Responsibilities- Provide onsite desktop support for corporate office and trading floor users.
- Set up, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, device provisioning, VPN access, and permissions.
- Support conference room technology and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Perform hardware installations (monitors, cards, etc.) and troubleshoot issues.
- Automate recurring support tasks and contribute to process improvements.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies for internal use.
- Strong experience supporting Windows 11
- Familiar with workstation builds, encryption tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) and Exchange.
- Knowledge of SCCM/MEMCM or similar systems (2+ years preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Power Shell Scripting (Python Preferred)
- Experience with Intune, macOS or Linux support.
- Up to $160,000 per annum
