Product‑minded Software Engineer, fully in‑person NYC. Own features end‑to‑end, from backend services to AI‑driven user experiences, collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, and GTM. Will directly influence the core product used by thousands of customers daily. Ideal for someone who values impact over shipping code.

• Own feature development end‑to‑end, including backend services, frontend experiences, and AI‑driven workflows.
• Convert customer feedback into rapid iterations and feature improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams.
• Maintain high code quality with strong testing, monitoring, and reliability practices.
• Navigate changing requirements with autonomy and strong prioritization.
• Build scalable systems powering AI‑driven customer engagement.

• 2–8 years full‑stack engineering experience (4–8 preferred).
• Familiarity with AI, LLMs or AI‑assisted systems (or eagerness to learn quickly).
• Strong product mindset with a focus on impact and customer experience.
• Experience owning features end‑to‑end across backend and frontend.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with non‑engineering teams.
• High code quality standards and strong reliability mindset.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑energy startup environments.
