• Translate existing recurring reports into innovative and insightful Tableau dashboards.
• Enhance and harden our robust Business Intelligence layer.
• Develop and design new Tableau dashboards for Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales Leadership to address key business challenges and KPIs.
• Meet with stakeholders to ensure dashboards meet business needs and expectations.
• Utilize SQL/ETL experience to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize data and analytics usage.
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms, ensuring performance, security, and availability.
• Train and support end‑users to maximize the value of dashboards and tools.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
• Experience with SQL and ETL tools for data management and manipulation.
• Strong background in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau‑driven dashboards and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable Tableau solutions.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Highly motivated with a can‑do attitude and a passion to make a difference.
