We are seeking a hands‑on Salesforce / Litify Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support our Salesforce platform across all practice areas. This role owns Apex development, deployments, integrations, and feature rollouts in a fast‑moving environment.

This is a Salesforce‑first role, but experience with broader systems, integrations, and AI is a strong plus.

• Build and maintain Salesforce and Litify solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce
• Own deployments, release management, and environment strategy
• Design and support integrations, including API‑based and AI‑powered workflows
• Lead feature rollouts, user training, and adoption support
• Partner with Operations and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability

• 5+ years hands‑on Salesforce experience with strong Apex development
• Experience with Lightning Web Components and Salesforce data modeling
• Proven experience managing releases and production deployments
• Experience building or supporting system integrations
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills

• Experience with Litify
• Exposure to Salesforce native AI capabilities or external AI integrations
• Salesforce certifications

$100,000—$150,000 USD

The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
