Base Pay Range

$80,000.00 / year – $ / year

Program Analyst Role

This role involves program coordination, support for classified workflow, stakeholder engagement, and the preparation of high‑quality briefings and reports for senior leadership and government stakeholders. The Program Analyst drives cross‑agency coordination, classified workflow management, and executive‑level communication for fast‑moving DoD initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with government leaders, mission partners, and stakeholders to align objectives and support assessments.
  • Manage schedules, deliverables, risks, milestones, and program documentation across multiple C&C efforts.
  • Maintain FRFs, MIPRs, and R2 descriptions in KMX in accordance with Security Classification Guides.
  • Support leadership in classified meetings (up to TS/SCI); capture decisions and required actions.
  • Work on SIPR and JWICS systems 2–3 days per week.
  • Assist in establishing metrics, evaluation parameters, and assessment criteria for emerging capabilities.
  • Support follow‑on evaluations, refinements, and assessment summaries.
  • Develop clear briefings, memos, white papers, and executive reports.
  • Translate complex information into structured, actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate across DIA, MCWL, P&E, MC, AFRL, PEO Soldier, Navy TENCAP, FCT, and industry partners.
  • Assist with onboarding (Pentagon access, SCI read‑ons, CUI access).
  • Screen technologies for TREX and other assessment activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
Required Experience
  • Strong understanding of DoD or federal program environments
  • Excellent communication: written, verbal, and presentation
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to turn complex information into polished briefings and reports
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
  • Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple classification levels
  • Ability to navigate strong personalities with tact and composure
Desired Experience
  • Experience with DIA, MCWL, P&E, MC, AFRL, PEO Soldier, Navy TENCAP, FCT, or similar DoD organizations
  • Experience working in SCIF environments or handling classified material
  • Experience supporting assessments, experimentation, or modernization projects
  • Familiarity with KMX or similar knowledge management platforms
  • Prior experience supporting senior leaders in high‑visibility environments
  • Background with cross‑agency coordination or defense innovation ecosystems

Qualifications
