Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
ResponsibilitiesThe Data Analyst will collect and aggregate data from providers in collaboration with project teams. She/he will confirm reporting requirements by studying our data warehouses, conferring with management on project leads, will aggregate and gather data from providers, and perform completeness check on reporting data. Will be contacting providers and project teams when data deficiencies are identified. Creates quarterly reports/bi-annual reports.

- Data against Milestones
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience in a hospital or managed care environment with a focus on claims data analysis, provider contracting or decision support, especially in cost and utilization analysis
- A working knowledge of industry coding (revenue codes, ICD 9 classifications, CPT codes, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, SAS or Microsoft Access programming
- Minimum level computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment:
Advanced - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, other technical skills preferred
- Strong skills in SAS or SQL programming
- Strong Internet research capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Meditech / NPR / Tableau / Excel Knowledge Preferred
- Write and communicate effectively
- Work well independently or as part of a team
- Be open to pursuing additional training/education as required to meet emerging requirements
- Manage competing deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
Bachelor's degree required. Business Master's degree a plus
Computer/Equipment skillsStrong skills in SAS or SQL programming required
Minimum level computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment:
Advanced required
Strong knowledge of SQL, SAS or Microsoft Access programming required
Salary Range$90,000 - $105,000
