• Deeply Understand User Needs:
  Conduct thorough user research, leveraging internal subject‑matter experts, client interviews, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for generative AI in the financial industry workflows
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful data‑driven products
• 5 years in implementing Product management solutions on Databricks environment
• Ability to understand complex domains (analogous to finance) and the needs of clients
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations, and in general machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Finance)
• Strong understanding of the financial domain
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python/R, SQL, Tableau/Power BI)

• Salary Range = 140000 – 160000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus + Stock Option plan
• The referenced salary range is based on the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting

• In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for AI‑powered features that empower our users to make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions
• Drive Product Strategy:
  Help define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company’s conversational, generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with company’s overall product strategy and business objectives
• Align Cross‑functional Teams:
  Work closely with UX, engineering, and AI/ML teams to translate user needs into detailed product specifications and prioritize development efforts
• Build consensus with multiple teams across Product, CTO, Data, and Engineering towards user‑centric, multi‑faceted solutions
• Champion Product Quality:
  Establish rigorous quality assurance processes and metrics to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI‑powered features
• Monitor and Analyze Performance:
  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, user engagement, and client satisfaction to measure the success of generative AI solutions and identify areas for improvement
• Oversee the entire Front end technology platform and development, this will include preparing specification, building customer use cases, managing development teams and interfacing the data teams and production
