Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to spearhead the design and sale of agentic AI solutions tailored to pharmaceutical leaders in digital health. You will combine deep technical expertise in autonomous AI agents with strategic understanding of pharma workflows—focusing on patient services, engagement, and digital companions. Your mission: translate complex business needs into transformative AI deployments that elevate patient experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with commercial advisory consulting teams to identify new opportunities, tailor solutions to client needs, and accelerate adoption of our data products.
- Support pre‑sales activities, including RFP responses, solution demos, stakeholder workshops, and technical presentations to prospects and existing clients.
- Present architectural strategies, tenets and product/architecture roadmaps to senior pharmaceutical executives, aligning solutions with budgetary constraints, business and commercial goals.
- Develop data architecture designs, data governance and data architecture frameworks, technical approaches, technical scope and partner with engineers on building accelerators, MVPs and demos.
- Define end‑to‑end architecture for agentic AI systems (planning, memory, reasoning, multi‑agent orchestration).
- Integrate with existing pharma platforms: EHRs, CRMs, clinical trial systems, patient portals, ensuring compliance with standards (FHIR, GxP, HIPAA, FAIR).
- Establish guardrails, escalation pathways, observability, and LLMOps/Agentic Ops best practices.
- Technical Leadership & Implementation
- Prototype and oversee design, build and deployment of agentic AI pilots (e.g. Personalized Patient Outreach, Medication Adherence & Side Effect Management, Prediction Model for disease progression).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, engineering, MLOps—to operationalize data pipelines, microservices, and agent orchestration layers.
- Ensure robust MLOps pipelines with model monitoring, drift detection, and responsible AI governance.
- Client Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to pharma stakeholders (VP, SVP Digital Health, Patient Engagement) during pre‑ and post‑sales.
- Present architecture blueprints, ROI frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance strategies.
- Capture feedback and collaborate with Life Sciences Commercial teams (Value & Access, Sales Operations, Brand Strategy, Digital Health, Patient Services) to evolve scalable agentic solutions.

- 7+ years as a Solution Architect/Consultant creating AI‑powered systems, with 3+ years experience in generative agentic AI.
