Business Analyst​/Scrum Master

The Business Analyst / Scrum Master will support teams operating within the Legal and Compliance space, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, with a focus on Assurance & Legal applications. This individual will drive strategic, functional, and technical agendas for an integrated Internal Audit platform while leveraging technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful delivery.

• Drive strategic, functional, and technical agenda for an integrated Internal Audit platform.
• Act as BA/PM/SM to manage complex technology projects and ensure successful team output.
• Interact with multiple senior stakeholders across organizations and maintain strong communication.
• Respond effectively to change and quickly adapt to new concepts in a dynamic regulatory landscape.
• Collaborate with experts across domains and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Expand technical knowledge through challenging projects and exposure to new technologies.

• 12+ years of experience in a technical role blending hands-on experience and proven delivery success.
• Strong leadership skills with at least 6+ years managing global cross-functional teams independently.
• 12+ years of experience designing and implementing complex multi-tenant technology solutions based on leading architectures/APIs across technology & compliance domains.
• Proven ability to deliver technological solutions that meet customer needs and integrate with vendor platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and manage resolutions effectively.
• Knowledge of modern technologies and ability to adapt to evolving tech landscapes.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills for working with global teams.
• Strong time-management skills with ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
