Remote with up to 45% travel

• Monitoring incident queues via Service Now
• Must have prior experience with being a member of a project team

• Strong experience implementing Radiology PACS Systems
• Experience with Service Now a plus but not required
• Must have 2 years' experience working with Merge
  
  PACS or Change Healthcare
• 3+ years of experience as a PACS Lead or Architect focused on Radiology Implementations
• Strong experience as a lead or a senior to drive projects forward
• Experience creating worklists and Go Live
• Need consistent resources for entire project
• Must have related soft skills including verbal communication, written communication, empathy and a sense of urgency
• Should have familiarity with Google suite of productivity tools
• Application testing
• Interface testing assistance
• Department workflow development/documentation
• Modality measurement testing
• Documentation (internal and end-user)
• Resources will need to be able to travel
• Referencing System Documentation through One Note
• Escalating issues that cannot be remediated to client team members or vendor support, as applicable
