This is a hybrid opportunity. Candidates are asked to report to our Fort Mill, SC or NYC office, 3x per week, Tuesday through Thursday.

We are seeking a Group AI Product Manager to join our marketplace team in our broader client services division. Our team is responsible for building and optimizing AI-driven products that transform customer acquisition, conversion, and operational efficiency across our marketplace funnels. In this role, you will lead a product team whose goal is to materially move the economics of the marketplace through AI-powered solutions.

You will connect partner objectives, business strategy, and experimentation results to shape initiatives and execution, setting clear roadmaps for your team and guiding the build of new products and features.

We expect the person in this role to be deeply technical and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong grasp of data science practices, the analytical rigor to uncover signals in ambiguity, and the judgment to determine where AI can create meaningful value by connecting opportunities to marketplace strategy, funnel performance, and long-term scalability. You’re comfortable getting close to the details, capable of tackling complex analytical and technical problems, and hands‑on enough to drive progress on our hardest challenges.

This role will have significant impact across the marketplace business and the broader Home Client division. You and the team will be responsible for the KPIs in your portion of the customer funnel, contributing to top line and bottom line growth. You will work closely with senior cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, surface risks, and influence key decisions with a clear, data‑driven point of view.

The learnings and applications that emerge from your work will help shape what we sell and how we deploy AI across client partnerships.

This is a hybrid position in our South Charlotte office.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive initiatives:
    Lead multiple AI product initiatives, expanding the “what” and establishing the “how” for marketplace product visions, ensuring alignment and buy‑in with product leadership, business stakeholders, and RV’s broader strategy.
  • Translate vision into action:
    Operationalize high‑level strategy into actionable work streams and multi‑quarter roadmaps, determining sequencing and resourcing in partnership with your downline and cross‑functional leads, creating clarity and alignment from concept through iteration.
  • Own outcomes:
    Own the P&L and business impact of your initiatives, communicating progress, ROI, risks, and opportunities to leadership, and shaping the go‑forward for each workstream to ensure it’s positioned to deliver meaningful impact, getting hands‑on where necessary to unblock our hardest tasks.
  • Partner strategically:
    Work directly with cross functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and guide the decisions required to bring new products and features into production.
  • Develop talent:
    Manage and develop 2+ product manager(s), creating specific plans, providing hands‑on product and analytical support, delegating appropriate work, and instilling a performance‑driven environment through clear expectations, regular feedback and recognition of achievements.
  • Generate organizational learnings:
    Produce the frameworks and playbooks that emerge from marketplace experimentation, helping establish scalable patterns that strengthen how AI is deployed across broader marketplace and client partnerships.
