Madhive is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Activation team. This role will be a key leader for our programmatic optimization products within the Madhive DSP, working cross-functionally to deliver cutting‑edge features. The Product Manager will analyze the digital ad ecosystem, collaborating with sales, client success, and product management teams to identify and refine product opportunities that expand the DSP’s capabilities and deliver impactful value.

Duties will include competitive analyses, gathering market requirements, and roadmap planning for expanding and enhancing the DSP’s performance and reliant services. The Product Manager will collaborate with engineering and data science teams to execute against a strategic roadmap, while also assisting with product marketing, pre‑sales support, and post‑sales training for new feature launches.

This is a hybrid role, working 2‑3 days a week at Madhive HQ in the Financial District of New York City.

Responsibilities
  • Be the visible advocate for your products internally and externally.
  • Work as a part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team to oversee the planning, design, and development of products from initiation decision through release and future iterations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive offerings in the areas of programmatic optimization, AI‑driven solutions, and data‑centric advertising technologies to identify new strategic product opportunities.
  • Establish clear, measurable product success metrics based on campaign performance and efficiency, and iteratively optimize features using a data‑informed approach.
  • Develop product strategy by proactively engaging with internal stakeholders, clients, and key participants across the digital ecosystem.
  • Lead the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into the DSP to drive next‑generation bidding, pacing, and optimization capabilities for maximum client ROI.
  • Partner closely with the Data Science team to translate advanced models, research, and predictive analytics into actionable product features that enhance bidding and targeting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to evangelize the product’s new and existing features and to maintain a tight feedback loop.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our DSP in explaining priority and delivery timing to internal and external teams.
Qualifications Must Haves
  • 5+ years in a product management role with direct experience with digital advertising ideally working directly with DSPs/SSPs
  • Technical and market expertise with digital media buying and selling, advertising/marketing technology solutions, and corresponding business models within digital advertising
  • Experience launching and scaling data products or platform features that rely heavily on large‑scale data processing and analytics.
  • Familiarity with foundational concepts in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), and how they are applied in ad‑tech optimization
  • Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
  • Experience with in an Agile product development environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Familiarity with TV/OTT/CTV technology strongly preferred
