An elite strategy + data consultancy is expanding its New York team (currently 35 people) and is looking for a hungry, commercially sharp Senior Consultant who wants to grow fast in a “start-up within a scale-up" environment. This opportunity gives you the chance to work in smaller teams where you can wear multiple hats and gives you real exposure to private equity clients from day one.

• Work directly with PE funds and portfolio companies on commercial strategy, revenue modelling, and exit/roadmap projects
• Combine consulting thinking with data‑driven insights ("tech that enables better decisions")
• Build high‑impact work streams with real ownership, visibility, and client interaction

• 2.5–4 years’ experience in consulting, PE, or analytically strong commercial roles
• Strong communication skills — this is highly client‑facing
• STEM/technical background is a plus - understanding of SQL, Python, etc
• Most importantly
