• Partner with Account Executives to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through proof‑of‑concept to close, serving as the technical lead throughout the process.

• Lead product demos and technical evaluations, translating customer infrastructure and operational challenges into actionable solutions using Resolve AI’s platform.

• Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as a consultative advisor and ensuring technical success during pilots and deployments.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, influence roadmap decisions, and improve technical messaging.

• Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, playbooks, and sales engineering tools to support a repeatable, scalable and high‑velocity GTM motion.

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer‑facing technical role, ideally in enterprise SaaS, Dev Ops, or AI.

• Proven success leading consultative sales cycles with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

• Experienced with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and Kubernetes, with a strong understanding of Dev Ops practices in cloud‑native environments.

• Skilled in infrastructure automation and applying security and compliance best practices in cloud‑native environments.

• Strong communicator with the ability to clearly present technical concepts to both technical teams and executive leadership.

• Adaptable, self‑starter mindset with a proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments.
