Commercial Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Performance Manager to join our team. You will derive insights for Fan Duel Group teams in order to drive actionable insights about the business. You will work alongside a group of analysts through various individual and team assignments to continually evolve the various tools, models, and data visualizations used to drive the Fan Duel Group business.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Manage commercial reporting on performance and derive insights to better inform the wider business
• Create, modify and evolve reports data visualizations to better understand and explain the day-to-day performance of various KPIs
• Develop and manage models to produce forecasts that assist in target setting throughout the business
• Participate in presentations focused on using analysis to drive new business outcomes
• Field and fulfil requests for various business inquiries
• Opportunity to mentor junior analysts on day-to-day requests as well as team best practices

What we're looking for in our next teammate

• A minimum of four years’ experience in a financial, business or data analytics role preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Finance, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
• Highly analytical with experience deriving key business insights from large datasets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel preferred, experience with forecasting models desirable
• Experience working in groups and leading smaller intra‑year projects
• Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries and time zones preferred
