Your role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Application Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET development
, web application design
, EDI integrations
, and AWS cloud architecture
. This role will architect and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions in the healthcare domain
, including modernization and integration for our U.S. Trade Insights platform
. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with scalable technical design, while providing hands‑on leadership across development and integration teams.
- Architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft .NET
, C#, and modern web frameworks. - Design cloud‑native applications and microservices leveraging AWS architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, Dynamo
DB, RDS, etc.). - Define application patterns, data models, and reusable components for scalable, secure, and high‑performance platforms.
- Lead modernization and enhancement of the U.S. Trade Insights platform
, ensuring reliability and future scalability. - Architect and implement EDI integrations across healthcare systems, payers, providers, and trading partners.
- Design secure and compliant data exchange frameworks (X12, HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML).
- Guide the development of integration workflows, API gateways, and messaging pipelines.
- Lead development teams, providing code reviews, design guidance, and architectural oversight.
- Define SDLC best practices, coding standards, Dev Ops guidelines, and platform governance.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, QA, and cloud teams to ensure effective end‑to‑end delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root‑cause analysis across applications and platforms.
- Build cloud deployment strategies leveraging AWS CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, and containerization.
- Ensure systems meet enterprise standards for security, observability, availability, and performance.
- Partner with teams to implement monitoring, logging, and automated testing frameworks.

Required educationBachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise- 9–12+ years of experience in application architecture, software engineering, or enterprise solutions design.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft .NET, C#, .NET Core
, and modern web development frameworks. - Proven experience designing EDI integrations (X12, 837/835, HL7, FHIR, or similar).
- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud architecture
, cloud‑native design, and serverless or container‑based deployments. - Strong healthcare domain experience, including payers, providers, or health data exchange platforms.
- Experience architecting analytical or data‑driven solutions such as Trade Insights platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional).
- Exposure to data engineering, analytics, or visualization tools (Snowflake, Redshift, Power BI).
