We are seeking a Manager to join our Blockchain & Digital Assets Services practice. This role thrives in a collaborative, growing environment with complex, challenging work.

• Provide consulting, business advisory, and tax compliance services to corporate entities, funds, and high net worth individuals involved with digital assets.
• Interact directly with clients, offering advice and guidance on digital assets and related transactions.
• Act as controller for entities transacting in digital assets, maintaining general ledger, AP, AR, and treasury management.
• Research and recommend solutions around complex regulatory, accounting, or tax compliance issues; suggest tax‑planning opportunities.
• Oversee assigned client engagements, managing scope and client satisfaction; supervise, train, and evaluate lower‑level staff.
• Maintain knowledge of new tax issues and industry trends in digital assets.
• May occasionally work extended hours or travel to different firm offices and/or client locations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of tax and accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting firm.

• CPA (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of digital asset and blockchain technologies (staking, mining, DeFi, derivatives, lending/borrowing, NFTs, Web
  3.0, etc.).
• Familiarity with major digital‑asset exchanges, wallets, and blockchain protocols; ability to trace transactions via blockchain explorers and analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of tax issues related to digital assets.
• Understanding of GAAP with emphasis on digital assets.
• Experience with accounting systems and cloud‑based technology such as QBO, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
