About
The Role
As a Strategy&Operations Manager, you will act as an internal consultant and operator, diving into the highest‑priority opportunities across the company. You will own analyses, frame problems, and drive cross‑functional projects that unlock new revenue streams and operational efficiencies. High performers will graduate to lead a specific business unit or function within 18–36months.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Problem‑Solving – Structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
- Experimentation & Analytics – Design experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to optimize product‑market fit and unit economics.
- Project Management – Drive cross‑functional work streams from concept through launch.
- Operational Excellence – Design and implement processes, dashboards and KPIs that improve efficiency and scalability of new initiatives.
