Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

This position is full-time in person at Embrava's Hudson Yards office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Identify, document, and manage project requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including sequencing and dependencies.
• Break down complex projects into clear, achievable milestones.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development sub-teams.
• Document and prioritize user feature requests.
• Participate in monthly prioritization meetings to review progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Anticipate and address potential roadblocks, escalating when necessary.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technology teams and other departments.

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in software development or technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience facilitating sprint planning sessions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they become roadblocks.
• Comfort getting into technical details including APIs, data flows, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
