As IT Director
, you will lead a team of 7 senior NOC & Level‑3 engineers
, drive performance, and champion service excellence. You'll be accountable for operational stability, talent development, escalations oversight, and continuous improvement across the engineering and monitoring functions.

This is not a ticket‑grinder role — but you will occasionally step into complex escalations and guide high‑impact technical decisions.

• Lead & mentor a team of senior NOC/L3 engineers
• Set priorities, manage performance, and ensure SLA excellence
• Work closely with executive leadership on operational strategy
• Enhance monitoring platforms & service delivery workflows
• Provide oversight & guidance on complex escalations when needed
• Support project planning, execution, and quality standards
• Build a culture of accountability, growth, and team success

• ✅ 8+ years of MSP industry experience — multi‑client environments a must
• ✅
  Strong leadership background managing technical teams
• ✅ Hands‑on knowledge of:
  • VMware / Citrix
  • Networking & security practices
  • PSA/RMM stack performance & tuning
• ✅ Ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent
• ✅ Strong communicator comfortable interfacing with leadership & clients
• ✅ Process‑minded, disciplined, and proactive problem solver
