We’re looking for a high-performing Senior SaaS Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. This is a quota-carrying position that requires a consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of SaaS products, and experience navigating complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Identify customer pain points and articulate how our SaaS solution solves them
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, VPs, Directors)
  • Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline in CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetings

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise segments
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Self-starter with a data-driven, strategic mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling into verticals like Fin Tech, Health Tech, or Mar Tech
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
  • International sales experience is a plus
