As a Strategy Associate on Work Smarter, you will help shape how JPMorgan

Chase adopts and scales transformative technologies to employees. You will partner with senior leaders to define adoption roadmaps, orchestrate change programs, and deliver measurable impact. • Analyze adoption data and surface insights using analytics and data visualization.
• Craft executive-level narratives and visualizations that showcase progress and impact.
• Support cross-LOB alignment by sharing best practices and analytical findings.
• Assist in pilots and proofs of concept for emerging technologies, applying data analytics to evaluate outcomes.
• Design adoption strategies and experiences that are intuitive, valuable, and informed by data.
• Engage with senior executives to support adoption priorities and transformation roadmaps.
• Benchmark solutions and assess capabilities using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Translate technology trends into actionable, data-driven strategies for adoption and scale.
• Build expertise in core and emerging technologies, including genAI and collaboration platforms.
• Partner with diverse teams to accelerate enterprise priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

• 2+ years in Financial Services, Management Consulting, Technology, or related fields, with a focus on analytics, innovation, or transformation.
• Experience applying analytical thinking to inform strategy and drive impact.
• Ability to distill complex challenges into strategic opportunities and actionable, data-driven plans.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Skilled at building partnerships across diverse teams and functions.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and emerging technologies (e.g., genAI, LLMs, collaboration platforms) and apply them to improve processes and drive adoption.

• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive) and collaboration tools.
• Hands-on experience applying analytics and emerging technologies—including AI and large language models (LLMs)—to solve business challenges and drive transformation.
