Required Qualifications:- CompTIA A+ certification
- Experience with Laptop and Desktop Break/Fix
- Include specific general and technical questions on each resume
The candidate will handle PC hardware break-fix calls at various locations. Reliable transportation is required. Must pass drug and background screening and complete required product training.
Required Skills:- Expertise in Dell Desktop PC installation and support

- Must understand and be comfortable with the following:
- Primarily responsible for Dell laptop break-fix. Must have built several computers from scratch.
- For NYC: walking and public transportation in Manhattan and Brooklyn, carrying 15-30 lbs of parts.
- Report to the Unisys downtown office at 9 am daily, located two blocks from the NY Stock Exchange.
- Business casual attire required.
- Excellent communication skills, professional attitude, and proficiency in email communication via smartphone.
- Work hours are variable, averaging 30-40 hours/week, with no guaranteed hours.
- Candidate must bring $31 on the first day for a weekly metro card; expenses reimbursed upon submission.
- Must pass all 19 Dell exams prior to an offer; sponsorship available for top candidates.
