About the job System/Implementation Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement customer systems according to requirements.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and system issues.
Maintain accurate case records and follow cases until resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams and escalate issues when needed.
Create technical documentation, Knowledge Base articles, and technical notes.
Meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
Technical diploma, degree, or relevant work experience.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving software problems.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Experience with databases, web technologies, CRM, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Hub Spot) is a plus.
Team-oriented, professional, and able to handle challenging situations.
Reside in Hebron City.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting enterprise software solutions.
