Loqate US Sales Team:
The Loqate sales team at GBG in the US region drives growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales initiatives. Focused on location intelligence and address verification solutions, the team operates within a Partner Sales Development function designed to accelerate market penetration across key industries such as eCommerce, logistics, and financial services. With a strong emphasis on SaaS-based offerings, the team builds pipelines, cultivates relationships with prospective partners, and delivers revenue through virtual and in-person engagements, supported by Loqate s technology and global data capabilities.

The Role As the Loqate Americas team grows, we are seeking a Client Success Manager to drive engagement and retention across our 1,100+ accounts. This role develops scalable processes to identify growth opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience across key, enterprise, mid-market, and self-serve segments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and focused on value realization, fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to revenue expansion.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer advocacy and business growth in a data-driven organization.

This is a hybrid position for candidates in the New York area. Travel for team collaboration, process workshops, and stakeholder meetings may be required (estimated 20-25%).

What You Will Do

  • Lead the customer onboarding process to ensure a seamless and successful implementation experience
  • Identify and track customer KPIs, partnering with clients to help them achieve their business goals
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers and key stakeholders across all segments
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and reinforce value
  • Monitor customer usage proactively and address success-related issues to support accurate forecasting and mitigate renewal risk
  • Manage annual account renewals, focusing on revenue retention and identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop targeted strategies and campaigns that drive revenue
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the Product team, providing feedback to inform the product roadmap and future enhancements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer success organization, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively both in-person and virtually
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on account tier, urgency, and business impact
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms is a plus
