Job DescriptionClient’s IT Services and Support is needed to support ongoing IT, network, and site security technology and infrastructure. This role will maintain service quality, meet agency performance standards, and support ongoing mission-critical operations.
Services provided through this role include:
- Site tech-support: Issues addressed within 24 hrs.
- Field Operations: Support, Asset and Inventory Management, Hardware Support and Maintenance (imaging and updates), Customer requests and incident response, VMS Management, Hardware Logistics.
- Logistics Support: Providing hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across office and field environments. This hybrid role combines desktop support with field engineering, requiring troubleshooting skills, independence, and customer service mindset. Support HERRC Field Operations, Asset and Inventory Management, Hardware Support and Maintenance, Customer requests, VMS Management, Equipment maintenance, Asset Inventory, Warehouse support, Hardware pickup and delivery.
Mandatory Skills/Experience
- 8+ years of IT and Desktop Support experience
- Proficiency with MS Windows OS, Office 365, and standard business applications
- Experience with Active Directory, endpoint management, and ticketing systems
- Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in varied environments
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments
