Japanese Bilingual IT Support / Help Desk
Entry level is welcome!
Base Pay Range$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Respond to service-related customer inquiries, troubles, and/or complaints by phone and email.
- Instruct network carriers to troubleshoot circuit outages and usability issues.
- Provide customers with remote instructions to isolate the cause of Internet connection outages.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English required.
