This is a hands‑on, onsite role where you’ll gain exposure to enterprise‑level systems and work closely with experienced IT professionals—an ideal environment to grow into advanced technical roles.

• Provide first‑line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
• Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Support remote access and basic network connectivity issues.
• Help maintain and operate A/V equipment for meetings and presentations.
• Document issues and elevate complex problems to senior technicians.
• Deliver professional and courteous service to all users, including executive staff.

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Basic understanding of networking, remote access tools, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT‑related field preferred).
