We’re looking for a Growth Manager to drive Daytona’s adoption and engagement across developers, enterprises, and the AI ecosystem. You’ll design and run experiments, own growth funnels, and collaborate across product, marketing, and community to accelerate Daytona’s reach.

What You'll Be DoingDevelop and execute growth strategies to increase product adoption
Own and optimize user acquisition, onboarding, and retention funnels
Run data-driven experiments to validate hypotheses and scale successes
Collaborate with product and community teams to design growth loops
Track and report key growth metrics, identifying opportunities for acceleration
You Might Be a Fit If YouHave experience in growth, product marketing, or user acquisition
Are data-driven, but also comfortable with creative experimentation
Understand developer and AI communities, and what drives adoption
Can work cross-functionally and thrive in fast-moving environments
Bonus PointsExperience in PLG (product-led growth) environments
Background in developer ecosystems or open-source adoption
Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, and growth automation tools
