Overview
HBITS-04-12668-Systems Architect-Expert role at Knowledge Builders Inc
.
- Plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of the following areas:
- Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, and triggers to integrate in-house applications with cloud-based software
- Develop batch applications using .NET, Oracle
- Develop online applications using JavaScript, .NET and Oracle
- Develop utilizing modern web development frameworks
- Maintain and enhance in-house systems:
Billing (Workers Compensation and disability insurance) for generating premium and maintenance transactions for internal and customer portals - Manage Sec 93 Deferred Payments processing modules
- Provide coverage support for businesses operating out of state; perform systems enhancements and production fixes after development and deployment
- Adhere to NYSIF’s application development standards, including project management methodology, SDLC, Enterprise Architecture standards and IT governance processes
- 84 months of experience with development and maintenance of software to support Workers’ compensation insurance processes, including implementation of workers’ compensation proof of coverage following IAIABC guidelines
- 84 months of experience in development and support of software solutions for billing and collections, including accounts receivable management and regulatory compliance
- 84 months of experience in development and implementation of software related to policy premium calculation following the guidelines and regulations for Workers’ Compensation Insurance in New York State
- 84 months experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL to implement triggers, functions, stored procedures, packages, views, cursors, file processing and advanced query optimization
- 84 months experience as a .NET application developer with Visual Studio (TFS) and Visual Studio 2010 or newer
- 84 months experience with web browser application development using Java script, CSS, XML, XSLT, HTML and AJAX
- 36 months with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
