Location: New York
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global HRIS strategy and roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs
- Play a lead role in an upcoming enterprise HRIS implementation (non-Workday), including system design, vendor coordination, testing, and rollout
- Manage and optimize HR systems including HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, and Payroll integrations
- Build and manage system integrations, APIs, and data feeds across enterprise platforms
- Partner closely with Compensation on system design, data, and ongoing maintenance
- Oversee HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Serve as the HR systems subject matter expert and escalation point
- Support audit readiness, compliance automation, and data security
- 7–15 years of experience in HR systems or HRIS consulting
- Workday experience is a must have.
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting full-cycle HRIS implementations in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of HR data, reporting, and system integrations
- Highly polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills; comfortable partnering with senior leaders, partners, and practice heads
