What You’ll Do
  • Lead and shape global Sales hiring strategy in close partnership with senior revenue leadership and cross‑functional partners.
  • Lead and develop a global Sales recruiting team, including 2–5 recruiters (FTE and contractors) and a Recruiting Manager overseeing EMEA/APAC, driving performance, accountability, and consistency across regions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership, providing market insight and hiring counsel.
  • Establish structured, data‑informed interview processes and decision frameworks globally.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Rev Ops, and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines.
  • Personally execute high‑impact Director‑level searches and sensitive leadership hires.

Compensation Range

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

Compensation Range: $150,000 - $195,000 USD

You may also be offered equity, and a generous benefits program.
