Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers on headcount planning, hiring priorities, and org design.
- Own full life cycle recruitment, including interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Continuously improve hiring workflows, interview training, and candidate evaluation practices.
- Oversee a team of recruiters, including mentoring and coaching.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, universities, and talent networks.
- 6+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous experience in financial services required
- Experience managing and/or mentoring others is preferred
The annual base salary range is $175k to $220k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
