General FunctionThe People Transformation Sr. Manager will manage the evolution of our people strategy and workforce capabilities. This role will manage transformative initiatives that enhance employee experience, enable organizational agility, and foster a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, HR, and key stakeholders to implement change management strategies and optimize workforce potential.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Execute people transformation initiatives, aligning workforce strategies with long-term business objectives and growth plans.
- Manage large-scale organizational change projects, driving a high-performance, people-centric culture.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape future workforce strategies and influence business transformation priorities.
- Recommend organizational design initiatives to ensure structural efficiency, clear reporting lines, and optimal resource allocation.
- Build scalable, future-ready structures that adapt to market changes and business growth.
- Manage transformation programs that enhance organizational change in collaboration with HRBPs and Talent Team to identify the right talent mix.
- Improve business processes by eliminating redundancies and leveraging automation and technology for operational efficiency.
- Implement lean methodologies and agile practices to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness.
- Partner with Finance to ensure cost-effective workforce planning and scalability.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Use data analytics and predictive insights to inform decisions and measure workforce productivity and engagement.
- Define role structures, competency frameworks, and job architectures to enhance clarity and talent utilization.
- Partner with L&D to implement upskilling and reskilling programs, closing skill gaps and future-proofing capabilities.
- Leverage HR tech, AI-driven analytics, and workforce planning tools to enhance decision-making and streamline operations.
- Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives, including self-service platforms, automation, and data-driven talent solutions.
- Align people transformation initiatives with overall business priorities in partnership with senior leaders.
- Foster a high-performance leadership culture through coaching and mentorship.
- Monitor success metrics to ensure continuous evolution and improvement of HR and organizational strategies.
- Ensure alignment between business outcomes, workforce development, and engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, organizational transformation, or change management leadership roles.
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale people transformation initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR data analytics and how to review data to measure a successful organizational design.
- Advanced understanding in organizational development best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of retail field. Marketing organization or Medical network is a plus.
- Consulting Background (People Segment, Consumer Industry) is a plus.
