Workday Recruiter – Targeting Epic (EHR SaaS)

We are expanding our dedicated Workday Practice and are seeking an experienced recruiter who understands enterprise SaaS hiring dynamics across both contract and permanent placements.

What You’ll Do
  • Recruit Workday functional, technical, and project resources across contract and permanent positions
  • Support Workday implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and advisory engagements
  • Build relationships with enterprise healthcare systems, consulting partners, and end clients
  • Develop a deep network of Workday-certified consultants (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Integrations, Security, Reporting, etc.)
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Identify new business opportunities within healthcare and enterprise SaaS accounts
  • Position GQR as the go-to Workday talent partner for organizations modernizing from legacy systems
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience placing candidates within Epic environments (hospital systems, consulting partners, or SaaS ecosystems)
  • Experience placing contract and/or permanent enterprise software talent
  • Strong understanding of certification-based talent ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and implementation leaders
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue and placement targets
  • Competitive, performance-driven mindset with strong business development instincts
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
