We're looking for a People Leader | HR Manager to support our airport restaurant operations at JFK Airport. This role is ideal for someone who brings union experience, understands New York wage and hour requirements, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

• Act as a hands-on HR partner to field leadership and airport operations
• Support employee relations, performance conversations, and leader coaching
• Work within a unionized environment, partnering thoughtfully on labor-related matters
• Guide compliance with New York wage & hour laws and employment practices
• Collaborate with Regional and Corporate People teams on initiatives and programs
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and engagement efforts that strengthen the team

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a union environment required
• Strong understanding of New York wage and hour laws
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience
• A practical, people-first approach with sound judgment and discretion
• Comfort supporting fast-moving operations (hospitality, retail, food service, or similar)
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in a highly interactive environment

• $78,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
• Eligible for Bonus
