Bleuler Psychotherapy Center seeks a detail-oriented HR professional to manage HR operations and onboarding processes within a healthcare setting. Experience with ADP Total Source and clinical staff onboarding is required.
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)- 3–5 years HR experience
- Experience onboarding healthcare employees
- Experience using ADP Total Source
- Familiarity with FMLA and NY leave requirements
- Strong HRIS and documentation skills
Behavioral health experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Documentation- Process onboarding for clinicians and healthcare staff
- Maintain licensure and credential documentation
- Coordinate background checks and employment verification
- Enter and maintain data in ADP Total Source
